Interakt is a WhatsApp platform with a shared team inbox, campaigns, a no-code chatbot builder and Shopify tools, priced from ₹2,799 a month plus per-template rates. WhaBuzz is an API with no interface: Meta's own bodies, ₹500 a month for the first number, nothing per message. For teams that want an inbox without code, Interakt is the better pick.

## When should you pick Interakt?

Pick Interakt when the people running WhatsApp are support, sales or store staff. Per its [pricing page](https://www.interakt.shop/pricing/), plans include a shared team inbox, campaigns, chatbot flows with branching on Growth and above, Shopify integrations, payment links from the inbox, and a Sales CRM add-on at ₹2,499 a month. WhaBuzz has none of these.

It also has a longer operating history than WhaBuzz, which went live on 16 Oct 2026, and it offers assisted onboarding on paid plans and a dedicated account manager on Enterprise.

## When should you pick WhaBuzz?

Pick WhaBuzz when your own software sends and receives the messages and you want Meta's request and response bodies unchanged. Errors come back verbatim in `error`, with `source: "meta"`, every response has a `request_id`, and webhooks are signed and retried for 24 hours.

The fee is flat. Take 10,000 marketing messages to India. At Interakt's Growth rate that is ₹9,580 (10,000 × ₹0.958) plus the plan fee. At Meta's own rate it is ₹8,631, billed by Meta to you, plus ₹500 and GST to WhaBuzz. Interakt does not say how much of its rate is Meta's charge, so treat this as a list-price comparison only.

## How do you move from Interakt to WhaBuzz?

Check who owns the WhatsApp Business Account. If it is yours, the number, approved templates, quality rating and tier stay with it. Inbox history, chatbot flows, contact lists and campaigns stay in Interakt, and your send and webhook code must change to Meta's shapes.

The steps are in the [migration guide](https://docs.whabuzz.com/guides/migrating/). The same approach is covered for another provider in [moving from WATI](https://whabuzz.com/blog/migrate-from-wati/).
