Refunds
WhaBuzz currently does not charge for its service.
If and when paid plans are introduced, fees paid to WhaBuzz are refundable within 7 days of payment. To request a refund, email support@whabuzz.com with your account details and the payment you'd like refunded.
Meta's WhatsApp charges
WhatsApp messaging charges (e.g. conversation-based pricing set by Meta) are billed by Meta directly to the business's own payment method connected through Embedded Signup. These charges are not billed by, and not refundable through, WhaBuzz.
