Billing questions
- Do you charge per message?
- No. Our only fee is per connected number, per month.
- Who bills Meta's charges?
- Meta does, on the business's own Meta account. You see Meta's rate and pay it to Meta, by card, or by UPI where Meta offers it.
- What counts as a number?
- A WhatsApp number that is connected when we bill for the month. Disconnect it and it stops counting.
- What do I need to sign up?
- A business email, and a GSTIN or PAN. We approve each account by hand.
- What happens after the trial?
- You set up autopay by UPI, eNACH or card. The first charge covers the first month after the trial.
