WhaBuzz vs 360dialog

360dialog (360dialog GmbH) is a European WhatsApp Business Solution Provider that sells API access per number in euros, with 24/7 human support on its WhatsApp API plans. WhaBuzz is an Indian-run Tech Provider charging ₹500 a month for the first number, billed in rupees with GST. Both are API-first. The sharper differences are currency, support depth and track record.

What do 360dialog's own pages say about webhook retries?

They disagree. The webhook reference says retries run "up to a certain timeout (typically 24 hours, though this may vary)". The overview page says delivery is retried "using exponential backoff for several days (up to 7 days)".

We continue retrying delivery with increasing delays up to a certain timeout (typically 24 hours, though this may vary), or until the delivery succeeds.

If you depend on a long retry window, ask 360dialog which applies to your account. WhaBuzz publishes a fixed ladder instead: +30 s, 1 m, 2 m, 5 m, 10 m, 20 m, 40 m, 1 h, then hourly up to 24 hours, after which the delivery is marked dead and you get an email.

When should you pick 360dialog?

Pick 360dialog when you want an established European provider with human support around the clock. Per its pricing page, the REGULAR plan includes 24/7 human support with a first-response SLA under 4 hours, and PREMIUM promises under 30 minutes. It also sells a Partner Platform for ISVs managing many client accounts, and a Marketplace tier that matches you with a messaging tool.

If you pay in euros or serve customers outside India, its footprint is wider than WhaBuzz's, which went live on 16 Oct 2026.

When should you pick WhaBuzz?

Pick WhaBuzz when you want rupee billing with GST invoices, Meta's request bodies and a bearer-token API. A flat ₹500 a month does not depend on a euro exchange rate, and you get signed webhooks, dedupe_key and seq on every event, plus replay within your retention window of 30, 90, 180 or 365 days.

WhaBuzz has no tiered support SLA to quote yet, and no inbox or chatbot builder. If you need either, 360dialog's partners or another vendor will serve you better.

How do you move from 360dialog to WhaBuzz?

If the WhatsApp Business Account is yours, connect it to WhaBuzz and sync your approved templates. Change the base URL, swap the D360-API-KEY header for a bearer token, and add from (your phone number id) to each body. Your inbound handler also changes: add signature verification and dedupe_key.

The full sequence is in the migration guide. A worked example for another provider is in moving from Plivo.
