Per WATI's pricing page, its Growth plan allows "10k API calls/mon, No Webhooks", Pro allows "200k API calls/mon, Limited Webhooks" and Business "20M API calls/mon, Extensive Webhooks".
When should you pick WATI?
Pick WATI when the people running WhatsApp are sales, support or marketing staff. Per its product page, it offers a team inbox, campaigns, no-code chatbots, WhatsApp Flows, a catalogue and CRM integrations, with a 7-day free trial. WhaBuzz has none of these, so a team without developers would have nothing to operate.
WATI also has a longer track record than WhaBuzz, which went live on 16 Oct 2026, and it publishes an API reference and a list of webhook events.
When should you pick WhaBuzz?
Pick WhaBuzz when software, not a person at a screen, sends and receives the messages. You send Meta's bodies unchanged, errors return verbatim in error, with source: "meta", and every response has a request_id. Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried for 24 hours.
The fee is flat. Take 10,000 marketing messages to India. At WATI's listed Growth rate that is ₹10,357 (10,000 × ₹1.0357) on top of the plan fee. At Meta's own rate it is ₹8,631 (10,000 × ₹0.8631), billed by Meta to you, plus ₹500 and GST to WhaBuzz. Your volumes, template mix and plan will differ.
How do you move from WATI to WhaBuzz?
Check who owns the WhatsApp Business Account. If it is yours, the number, approved templates, quality rating and tier stay with it. Inbox history, chatbot flows, contact lists and broadcast campaigns stay in WATI, and your send and webhook code must change to Meta's shapes.

Does WATI sign its webhooks?
Its webhook introduction describes retries and a Defective state, but we found no signing scheme on the page. Treat it as not published.
Does WhaBuzz have an inbox?
No. WhaBuzz is an API. For an inbox, campaigns or chatbots, WATI, Interakt or a similar platform is the better fit.
Can I keep my number when I move?
If the WhatsApp Business Account is yours, yes. The number connects to WhaBuzz through Meta's signup popup.
